Safety is of the utmost importance and is central in our planning of this event.
We will adhere to all city regulations in effect at the time of the event.

In accordance with the Key to New York City guidelines, guests must show proof of

full vaccination and personal identification to enter the Javits Center.

 All guests ages 5 and older will be required to show proof they have received two vaccine doses,

except for those who have received the one dose of the Johnson & Johnson vaccine.

Acceptable forms of proof include your CDC vaccination card, a photo of your vaccination card,

or a copy of your digital vaccination card on a vaccine app.

Proof of full vaccination is required to enter. In addition, guests 18+ must show personal identification. 

Face masks are to be worn by all guests while in the Javits Center.


Enhanced Cleaning
Continuous sanitization and cleaning through the course of the event, with a focus on “high-touch areas.”  

Personal Hygiene Stations
Hand washing facilities and sanitizing stations will be available throughout the event and in public spaces.

Physical Distancing
Public spaces and exhibit halls will allow all in attendance to practice physical and social distancing at all times.  

Guests who are feeling unwell will be asked to not attend the event. Health services and medical aid will be available on-site throughout event hours.

The Javits Center is among the safest venues in the country, featuring Global Biorisk Advisory Council (GBAC) STAR accreditation which is a gold standard of prepared facilities and demonstrates their commitment to the highest standards in cleaning and sanitization.

In addition, the Javits Center has installed hospital-grade, High-Efficiency Particulate Air (HEPA) filters to improve filtration, with the entire volume of air in the venue exchanged five times a day.

INTERNATIONAL TRAVELERS

Review current eligibility for travel to the United States, including COVID19 advisories and protocols.
Please ensure all testing, visas, and documentation meet the latest travel requirements.

 

Optional COVID-19 Testing

Testing is not required but as a convenience, optional antigen or
PCR COVID-19 testing is available onsite through our provider icrowd.
