Use the Vegas Loop at the Las Vegas Convention Center free of charge for fast and convenient transportation across the 200-acre LVCC campus. The system consists of two one-way, 0.8-mile-long tunnels built to accommodate all-electric Tesla vehicles driving at speeds of up to 35 mph. Typical walk time between West Hall and North + Central Halls can take up to 25 minutes. The same trip on Loop takes approximately 2 minutes. We are hosting Vegas Loop fees between Resorts World and the LVCC. There will be a small fee between Westgate and the LVCC, tickets can be purchased here.

GENERAL LVCC RENOVATION FAQs
The LVCC is undergoing a comprehensive renovation to modernize facilities, enhance technological capabilities, and improve overall attendee and exhibitor experiences. This includes updated meeting rooms, enhanced networking spaces, improved accessibility features, and upgraded utilities.
FOR ATTENDEES:
While we aim to minimize disruptions, there may be some areas with restricted access. We suggest that guests allow for an additional 20 minutes of travel time to get to your destination. To ensure our guests have a smooth and pleasant experience, we will be providing an abundance of clear signage and wayfinding including golf cart services, additional staff to help guests with directions, designated shuttles to and from all halls, and more.
FOR EXHIBITORS:
We are working diligently to minimize any disruptions to our events. For August 2025, our events will be in the following locations:
- MAGIC Women’s and Kids will be located in West Hall
- PROJECT and MAGIC Mens will be located in the newly renovated North Hall
- SOURCING at MAGIC will be located in South Hall

Certain areas in and around the LVCC, particularly roadways and parking lots may have restricted access during the renovation period. We suggest that exhibitors allow for an additional 20 minutes of travel time to get to your destination.
The Silver Lot, located out front of the North Hall will be the most affected. The majority of available parking spaces will be in the Bronze Lot located by South Hall, as well as in the Diamond Lot located by West Hall. Please see our LVCC Campus Map for more details on parking lot availability. While we don't expect any significant changes at this time, we recommend staying in close contact with your account representative for updates and any potential adjustments to your logistics plans.
We are working diligently to minimize any disruptions to our events. For August 2025, our events will be in the following locations:

Guests can expect significant improvements to the overall LVCC experience. Work is already complete on the South Hall, which now offers a new sense of arrival on the south side of the facility, including an outdoor plaza, an enhanced lobby and pre-function space, and a state-of-the-art boardroom.
Additionally, a climate-controlled interior concourse between the North and South Halls will provide interior access across the campus.
Guests can also look forward to an expansive Grand Lobby between the North and Central halls which will offer ample natural light and views of both halls.
Last but not least, technology upgrades will result in upgraded electrical access for exhibitors and increased connectivity for guests.
We are taking measures to limit noise and disruptions during events. While we don't expect any significant construction to be done our events, any construction work will primarily be scheduled outside of event hours whenever possible to ensure a pleasant experience for attendees.
While we do not expect any significant changes to the exhibitor move-in experience, rest assured any changes to loading dock access or booth setup procedures due to renovations will be communicated by your account representative well in advance. We aim to ensure all exhibitors have the information they need for a smooth setup and teardown process.
